Delivery Timeframe

Return & Replacement Policy
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or replacement request.
- Customers must start recording the video before opening the parcel and ensure the video is continuous, without cuts or pauses.
- If any damage or defect is found, it must be clearly mentioned in the video itself.
- We offer a checking warranty for 2 days from the date of delivery. Any issues must be reported within this period.
Exchange & Return Conditions
- We offer a replacement policy only if the item is damaged or defective.
- The defective or damaged product must be shown in the unboxing video to be eligible for a replacement.
- Only the same product will be exchanged or repaired in case of damage.
- Return shipping is not covered by us. If a return is approved, the customer must courier the item to the address provided by our customer care team.
Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Orders
- We do not have a refund policy; only replacements are available in case of defects or damage.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed under any circumstances.
Important Notes
- Products purchased online cannot be collected from our offline store, and no service will be provided in-store for online orders.

- Ensure your location is serviceable by Delhivery Courier or Professional Couriers, our official delivery partners.
- For non-serviceable areas, home delivery is unavailable, and customers must collect the parcel from the nearest courier agency.
- Any issues related to an order must be reported to our customer support email within 5 days of delivery.
